Start your semester off with some inspiration!

Visual artist Glynnis Reed is now offering a new exhibit, “Quiet Power: A Retrospective — 1994-2014”, at the Art Gallery of Atlantic Cape through February.

Reed describes her work as an exploration of both identity and place while examining “how gender, race, sexuality, and power figure into people’s experiences within the physical and social geographies of the city and nature.”

This installation features paintings, drawings, photographs and digital collages that demonstrate the “broad range of Reed’s talents.”

Located within the Spangler Library (D Building), the Art Gallery of Atlantic Cape is open from 9:30am – 4:00pm M-F and 11am – 4:00pm on Saturdays.
